Too many Partitions...help

I just installed a new hard drive and ended up with 30 mini partitions instead of one big one. I know how to prevent that from happening again, I just want to know if there is a way to combine them rather than start over by reformatting the drive?

30? Are you sure? You'd need sometjing like Partition magic to combine them. But as you've just got drive, presumably not too difficult to just remove them all and create one.
