My report prints out 11 pages, when there is really only one. Only the 1st page has the header. I did as dhookum suggested for jckokko and looked at my report source, but that just told me the query the fields in the report were based upon.

Are there any other suggestions or can you clarify what it means to check my report source?

Thanks a bunch!

A report has a record source property which is:
1) table or
2) query or
3) sql statement or
4) nothing
View the properties of the report and find the Record Source property. Click on the ellipsis [...] button to view your query/table. Then select View|Datasheet to see the records that "go into" your report.
