Has anyone come across the error message 'Too many hops (28) max 25' before? This is occurring when someone is sending mail from an account on our server to another account on our server using their ISP's SMTP. This only happens for one of our clients, so makes me think that it is a problem with their ISP. However why when the mail reaches our server can it not continue as the account the mail needs to be delivered to is on the same server. Any help/advise will be greatly appreciated.
