Too many fields in Crystal 5? 1

I am trying to make a report in Crystal 5, but after I enter about 6 fields of information it will not print all the records. I should get 213 pages, but after I enter more than 6 fields I only get 14. Any suggestions?

Possibly a bad link or an equal join. Do you have more than one table? When you add the first field from the second table the link is activated and if it is bad, or if not all records have matches in the other table the record count will drop. Ken Hamady

I understand what you are saying about the links and outer join. I forgot to mention that it works fine in Crystal 8!
