Too Few Parameters

I have a small DB that I have linked with a CSV file. A couple weeks ago, when I first set it up, all worked well.

In the query, I am asking the user to enter some or part of three fields to select the data to print.

One is part of the school name. The second is Gender (M or F) and lastly, part of the students last name.

I refreshed the data and now when the questions are asked, the process is repeated and after I get the error message, "Too Few Parameters. Expected 0" - what the heck is this about?

To clarify, when I run the query, the question process works just fine. It is when I run the report (which uses the query as its base for data) is when the error occurs.
