So please help us all by only downloading what is required when it is required.

Only download one file at a time or it creates .zip files in the background - thank you all for your patience...

Joking aside I am still working on the bandwidth issues and will be improving it all the time.
Some minor outages over the next day or so updating and upgrading but hopefully stable now.

I haven't got a raise in the last 2 flipping years, and I work in IT where raises and bonuses are usually fairly common.... So that wouldn't require a whole lot of effort... They expect us to perform minor miracles every day, and then just look at you and say "what? it's your job. What do you expect, a thank you and a pat on the back?" What they don't understand is that *I* am in control of what my job is. I like a good challenge, and I take pride in solving the unique problems of my users, but with each decision to FIX one of those problems with some new feature of the system that no one knows anything about but me I have to weigh that against the fact that once the other 50 departments find out I can do that they will snap their fingers, demand I drop everything I'm doing and roll out their solution - tagged with the magic words "because it is affecting patient care"... So sometimes I stay dumb, even though it bothers me because I know the answer.... That said I do love my job and what I do - just not having 1200 co-workers that act the same way as part of the country is right now because I don't respond at the snap of a finger! )
