I have a site that when they dial international calls about 5 digits into making the call the caller hears a tone . You can keep on dialing and the call does go through ok. The problem is some users hear the tone and hang up instead of continuing to dial. The starnge thing is that this only happens in one building not the other. I checked the Rout List and both sites use the same T1's for all long distance calls. There is on Publisher and 2 Subscrbers in this configuration . Any Ideas ?

Thanks

The problem is most likely in you Route Patterns. There is a check box for Provide Outside Dial Tone. Uncheck it on your International RP for that site. When the box is checked, CCM provides the DT when the Route Pattern that matches your dialed digits is finally matched. So the DT can come 1, 2 or 5 digits into dialing depending on how your route patterns are set up.
