This may be really simple, but I have an MICS 6.1 with a CP100. I enabled CF NA to the VM dn, then the boss says he does not want to be bothered when he is on the phone so I enabled DND on busy and I enabled CF Busy to the VM Dn. But if he is on the phone and a second call fwds to VM a low tone plays. How can I turn off that tone. Is it a matter of setting DND busy to Y?

I meant: Is it a matter of setting DND busy to N !!

I figured it out, it plays only when you miss an internal caller who forwards to the call pilot. an externall caller who is forwarded does not impose the short tone to the user's phone. any way to to have no tones all the time?
