when i dial a line over pstn i can send tones but not when i dial it as local extension

the extn is connected to a spa 3102 on analog extension

any help to rectify would be gratefully appreciated

Did you try Feature 808? I guess thats the only way to switch internal....

you may need to set the receive tone on the destination extension.
