Tone during calls

We have one phone that beeps about every 60 seconds when the client is on a line. Any one know what I can do about it?

Never mind. The client wasn't giving me the whole story.

Are you suggesting that we...ummm...'encourage' our customers to give us the whole story the first time, even if it hurts? He he he he he........
