Tone Commander TSG-6 Troubleshooting

I have a site that I support using an Avaya G3si with several Tone Commander TSG-6 phones. I have had several trouble requests stating "While I'm on a call talking with somebody and another call comes in on the 2nd call appr, the phone will drop my current call and pick-up the call coming in on the second line with out me touching a thing".

Any suggestions to resolving this would be greatful
