Tomcat service stops when not logged into server????

Tomact 3.2.4
JDK 1.3.1_08
Windows 2000 sp3

I am running Tomcat as a NT service every thing works fine as long as I stay looged in to the server. As soon as I log off the service stops.

Does anyone know why this would be happening?
