Tomcat for Configuring Vignette Content Analyzer

I tried installation of VRMS using Tomcat App Server (4.0 and 4.1 versions). I followed the PDF for installation step by step. I was able to install all other servers except Report Manager.

rms is not creating this file at our end nor it is making /DTD directory inside
rms folder?

We know we are doing it right, coz we installed it using weblogic, and it works fine. But we have to use tomcat.


Has anybody out there faced similar problems. We are stuck for days on this. Please help!
