Tomcat Config????

Hi guys, I am new to Tomcat, I am having a problem running Tomcat jakarta-tomcat-4.1.24, the problem is this, when I double click on startup I get this:

Windows cannot find '-Djava.endoresed.dirs=' what does this mean and how do I fix this? I already installed Java VM 1.4

Check (or probably set!) JAVA_HOME environment variable. Read at least RUNNING.txt before trying to launch application.
