Tomcat and Apache errors - images & WebApp: Error 500

I've got Tomcat 4.0.1 and Apache setup on my Win2K system.

First off, images don't load ie: examples/jsp until I hit reaload.

Secondly, when I go into

http://<server>/tomcat-docs/

(same problem:

http://profitma-tuobr3/tomcat-docs/servletapi/index.html

returns error:
WebApp: Error 500
(File: pr_warp.c Line: 434)
(null)

Can you not define tomcat-docs as:
WebAppDeploy tomcat-docs warpConnection /tomcat-docs ?

What about the images and why I need to hit refresh to see them?
