tomcat 5.0.28 as a windows service with security manager

I want to run tomcat 5.0.28 on win2k as a service with Security Manager. The only directions I can find are to run it standalone. I noticed that earlier versions automatically allowed for running this way. Any ideas?

I think the .exe download installs itself as a service :

http://apache.rmplc.co.uk/jakarta/tomcat-5/v5.0.28/bin/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28.exe
