Tolls & The Definity G3Si

Can someone please explain the concept of tolls to me, and specifically regarding their use on the G3si ?

I'd like to know more about

(1) What can be achieved using tolls
(2) toll analysis
(2) restricted toll lists
(3) unrestricted call lists
(4) Can I produce reports when a person tries to dial a premium rate number, and do I need a CDR device to do this. I can confirm that CDR has been enabled on our PBX, so it would be nice to be able to produce a simple printed list without the need for additional hardware. I do not wish to record such calls presently.
