toll Restrictions

Our Legend has many extensions restricted to local calling. I need to change a couple of them to allow it. In fear of messing things up I have not attempted it. Where do I go to chane it?

Go into system programming, extensions, restrictions, put in extension number, and change to unrestricted.

Another way that extensions are restricted is the ARS restriction, also under the extensions menu. There you can enter an extension number and an ARS level. The extension's ARS level or frl must be equal to or greater than the route in the ARS table that is to be used. Default is 3 for LD and 2 for local. If the ARS level for the extensin is set to 0 or 1, it won't get out.
