hey guys,

i have a customer who has a hotel(very small) and all of the rooms are set to "toll restrict". he was having a problem with people calling long distance, so we put the extesions to toll restrict. now they only dial local. they say they need to be able to dial toll free numbers but cant do this. im very new to the legend and im not sure where to program this. would it be under the "allow list"??

thanks

Do it under the ARS routes. Set the room phones to ARS FRL of 2, which will stop them from dial 1+, because that needs a FRL of 3.

Then make a route of 1800, 1888, 1877 with an FRL of 2 to allow those calls.

If you have 7-digit toll calling as well, put all of your local prefixes in a route with an FRL of 2, and raise the FRL of the defaule local table to 3.
