Toll Restriction Override on 1232TD

I have a 1232td which is not restricting calls.When using a SLT,you dial 9(to pick a line) then 6+flash then 6 again then you will be able to make an unrestricted call.How do I stop this?If I check on my call ie smdr output," 6" is included as a dialled number all the time.

do you have a 6 entered in pbx access code area?
you may also restrict any thing that has a 6 as a leading digit in your deny table!

I cannot block '6' since some of our local numbers start with that digit.

is this in a hotel i ran into a simalar problem
you can shut the external feature access off in program
990 and also stretch out the hookswitchtimer so it does a true
hang up instead of a flash!

well you may consider calling tech support at this point
because it shouldn't do what you are discribing!!also
restricted lines are an option no 1+ what rev cabinet is this?

Just go into system/flexible numbering and delete the 6 out of "e-feature".
