sir

We have ips 2000 system in one power plant and have sv8300 in other plant and both systems have been inter connected through ccis with cct prt card. In sv 8300 when we restrict outgoing trunk call facility (cmd 1201 de ext no. de 55 )they are unable to connect the even IPS2000 But ips 2000 to sv 8300 could able to connect . where as when we enable the outgoing call facility in SV8300 (cmd 1201 de ext no. de 44) they could connect the ips 2000 as well as from ips 2000 to sv8300..

Now the problem is in sv 8300 we have to control some extensions from which they cannot make any outgoing trunk calls by dialing the code (0 zero)but they should connect to ips 2000 from sv 8300.

please help us for which we shall be grateful

thanks and regards
