Greetings,
We have a site with Legend 7.0 V10. They have carrier T1 that allows users to dial toll calls without a leading 1. Local dialing is 7-digit. Is there an easy, graceful way to deny users from dialing 10-digit toll without denying toll-free. I'm thinking that this is why Magix 1.5 was born, but want confirmation. ARS is not adding the leading 1.
Thanks.
Mike

I don't have the particulars @ hand, but if you get the Feature Reference Guide document, and look up the ALLOWED and DISALLOWED list feature, it should explain what you need to assign the lists to stations for blocking or allowing a list(s) of Area Code(s) for your requirements.

Thanks for the reply. We've have historically found it difficult to keep up with listing specific area codes and exchanges (NPA & NXX) in the tables. They just aren't large enough and it requires more administration. We'll see how the customer wants to handle it.
Cheers!
