How do you restrict a particular extension to only call local numbers? I tried putting 1* in the restriction levels but this does not work. Out system is KX-TD 1232. Thanks.

Please check the class of service of your extension(601)and make sure that you make the correct entries in program (304)assuming that your class of service is 4.Check also Toll restriction levels(500&501)
