I have two closed site, Office A (HEAD OFFICE)and office B, both offices were link together by fibre link using E1 card, also both offices have E1 trunk line from different provider. Presently, the E1 provider on office B want to assign three trunk line numbers as toll free trunk lines out of the bulk lines. but my Client want the toll free line answering points to be at HEAD OFFICE (office A). How do I achieve this?

route the incoming toll free calls over your private E1 link. This will involve ARS programing and that your DID digits are routed to the other PBX.

Why don't you create a system speed call that translates your incoming DID digits into something that your current ARS can route to the other site?

what is the telco sending you right now when you receive an incoming call as a toll free call?
