Hi all,
I just took over gateway G650 V.6.0 a few months ago, I am not familiar with this issue that when toll free is called customers get a silence for a long time and sometimes at least 30 second or more then it says all circuits are busy now call back and sometimes there is busy signal. Normally if it goes through it will hit ext 7500 where company greeting is played. With toll free has dead air issue I am still able to dial ext 7500 internally and hear the greeting so can anyone tell me whether or not carrier issue or our PBx problem or how can I run any kind of test to narrow and be able to pin point the problem?
