Toll fraud over IP office 1

Hi guys.
Are you aware of toll fraud in IP office systems with ASBCE, One-X Mobile, etcetera? Is there any way to diagnose this and avoid it?

I hate to sound like a troll, but I don't think there are any systems that are immune to toll fraud. Any exposure to the public internet, whether intentional or not, is a possible vulnerability. There are systems available that act like a "telecom firewall" than can help prevent them. Keeping up-to-date on patches and running security audits are also wise.
