Can someone explain how someone could initialize an outbound call through Off-Prem Notification? I noticed a note in the Install Manual that dialing restrictions should be applied to outbound calling..PLEASE HELP!!!

Hidden code to pool or PRI access?? Somewhere in AA??

Initiating a call out of VM is 'Outbound Transfer' in the documentation. When it is set up, a caller presses '7' while in a users mailbox, and the system transfers the call to a specified external number
