Token Ring to Ethernet converter? 1

Does anyone know of a decent token ring to Ethernet media converter? I have a few old machines on a token ring network that I need to link to an Ethernet network. We currently have a router in place, but to simplify this “temporary” solution for the next few months, I would like to just use a converter.
Any leads would b appreciated.

I think one such model number is the cisco 2612 router

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Could you not get ethernet cards for the computers and run ethernet over type1?

The machines in question are OLD, and we cannot risk shutting them down to install the cards. This is an operational control system that we only need to keep running until the end of the year. I would like to convert the token ring over to ethernet with a converter to eliminate the existing router from the mix.

I don't think such a 'converter' exists... token ring and ethernet are two completely different technologies. It's not like getting a converter to go from fiber to UTP... both are already using ethernet. You would need to keep a router to be able to route traffic from token to ethernet.

Franklin97355, this is what I was looking for. It is alittle more than I want to pay, but it is worth it to help simplify a troublesome legacy network.
I arreciate your input.
