token ring card installation

Hi,

Hi,

Suse 7.1 on a P4 NetVista (1.5 Gb Mem, 36 GB HDD), On board Ethernet card (intel Pro 100 ve).

I can’t get a Token Ring Card (ibm 16/4 tr pci Management Adp.) to install. I’ve been told by IBM to use the Olympic chipset pci card from the list supplied, still no joy.

Disabling the on-board Ethernet doesn’t help either.

Any Ideas??
