Tojan Vundo Help

I was working on my mother's computer and ran into the vundo trojan. Norton gave me a remove tool ,but I can't get rid of it totally it still exist in C:/windows/repair/webcmd.dll. I can not delete it it says it's being used by another program. What do I do now. I am at a loss and don't know what to do. It is again Trojan,vundo. She is on a Dell 2400 running Windows Xp and she has Norton Antivirus.
 
Please download to your desktop.
· Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
· Click the Scan for Vundo button.
· Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
· You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
· Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
· When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer, click OK.
· Turn your computer back on.


Go here and downlaod the latest version of java, once
downloaded, go to add/remove and uninstall all previous versions of java
from add/remove and then instlall the latest version you just downloaded!
