Greetings...we have a small CTX28 system and have not needed to use emanager to address any issues till recently. I have downloaded and installed emanager, I have installed all the windows components it needs, and it does come up with a user name and password. I have tried the user name and password I know is on our CTX28, but no joy. I suspect the equipment is not setup properly in the emanager so it can communicate properly, However I do not see any program, icon, tab...etc to set it up with. My question is, how does this emanager know to go to our equipment? when all I see is "local/host" in the URL line. Thanx
