Does anyone here have any experience with Togoweb Express??

This program claims to do some pretty remarkable stuff and was wondering if anyone has tested it out? They claim this program will convert Any VB or C++ Program into an active webpage no matter what the content and functionality of the Program. I find this VERY Hard to believe. Does anyone have any information for me?? or Used this product??
