toggling windows

Hello,
I am fairly new to unix and exceed.
I have exceed 7.1 on Windows 2000.
Is there a way I can toggle through the open exceed windows?
When I use Alt+tab, which is the windows keyboard toggle keys, I am brought to the exceed menu bar but can not go through the exceed windows.
I looked at the help for exceed and it says to use the Alt+tab combination.
But that does not seem to work.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Have you configured your X-Server to user separate windows for each "applicationwindow" you open?
