toggle subform visibility in access using VBA

I would like to have a button toggle on/off the visibility of a subform in a form - in Access.

in Excel VBA I would say "object.visible = true" ,

but that doesn't seem to work here.
 
Subform syntax seems strange to me.

This should work.

Me![frmName].Visible = False
