Toggle announcements in MM 3.0

The annoucements you speak of are used for caller app's so the user can change menu greetings without using the caller app program.

I have a user who wants to record and distribute announcements (not greetings) from his mailbox without having to go though caller apps. Can his box be used for that purpose without having a special cos. This is on an exchange server.

I am still unclear as to what you mean by "distribute announcements". Do you mean change menus or send groups list messages?
