I have been advised by my vendor not to use TOFT in an ACDQ (Rls 25.30) to a Call Pilot Menu (Rls 1.07) with an option to return to queue - something about the call will end up in an endless loop and lock up my ports in Call Pilot if the call keeps coming back (say every couple of minutes).
Does this sound right to anyone? I can go the long way around and send to a dummy number, etc but don't really want to. Seems like a flaw in the system.
