TOC -- includes body text

I give up--it seems like I have been working with this TOC problem in PM 6.5 for over a wk! No matter what I do to TOC or styles including using a different block (which never even showed up in Booklist), I keep getting the whole text of my chapters & totally wrong pg. #'s listed where the TOC should be on the TOC page, RATHER than just the title of the chapter and page numbers. I have imported from MSWord and even marked 'no style'. I have totally redone styles for all para's. I feel like an idiot! The directions seem sooo simple! What am I doing wrong? And BTW--THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR HAVING THIS FORUM!!!!!!
