After an update to TOAD 14.2.104.1069. looks like I lost the ability to set a Foreign Key on a table.
I can go to: Schema Browse - Tables - (Select a table) - Alter selected table - Constraints - Add Constraint - Foreign Key option
and this is what I get - no way to select a field to designate as Foreign Key
Did they (Quest) screw up the Update for TOAD?
