To upgrade or install Norton Antivirus 2004?

Hi,

My Norton Antivirus 2001 subscription has expired and Norton
apparently dont support 2001 anymore.

If I want to upgrade to 2004, should I buy Norton 2004 UPGRADE or Norton 2004 new?

Do I have to unistall 2001 before attempting 2004 install?

I am confused over whether I must get "Norton AntiVirus 2004" or "Norton AntiVirus 2004 Upgrade"
Whats the difference?

I would recommend Norton Antivirus 2005 as it has an additional Internet Worm Protection feature.My best bet would be to go for NIS 2005 as it has NAV 05 and also firewall , ad blocking and prvicay control.

You should probably get the latest version and uninstall the old. Its going to cost you, but alot less monkeyin? around

Always uninstall a previous version before installing any Norton product.
Norton should automatically do this at install but it does not. I have seen several cases where an upgraded version has been installed without uninstalling the previous, resulting in much grief.

Usually the UPGRADE version is the full package with some discount for ownership of previous versions.
