I am busy with the mine field of setting this up
Today was the turn of setting up the SMTP function...done, but when I shecule a report to out put to SMTP I get the error "Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Download' on report '~cebc83cd214b039567.rpt'. Please ask your system administrator to grant you this right." I checked the user rights settings??? What does this error mean.

ALSO - When I view a report with any type of graphic in, It shows the reportr, but not the graphics (for example a loto or report generated chart).

Hi EO,
I have not had experience of BoXI but have used CE10 a lot. On v10 the rights were set at object level and you could select "Export" via the "Advanced Rights" option for the security options on each object or set it at the highest level eg Everyone - set to this.

On the graphics I had a similar issue on a client site and it was due to the rights on the folder that held the temp graphic files.

I am assuming that you are emailing an exported report. If this is correct, when you export the report without emailing it do you see all the graphics and are you able to export ?

Thanks! It was indeed rights on the temp folder C:\Windows\Temp...this had to do with the fact that I enabled Single Sign On (???)
SMTP also related to rights, but the rights are in a different place than it used to be in CE10.
