To Refresh User LOG OFF

Please inform me, how to force Crystal enterprise to refresh the user log off, right now it is taking long time in release when user is log-off and other user has to wait for a while to log in.

For example, I have a liscense of 10 users and one user logged off, the next one waits for a while for his release from enterprise server to log in, need to know, what option need to set or what to do to refresh it right away.

Add the command -DefaultSessionTimeout X to the Web Component Server commadn line in the CCM

*Where X is a number representing minutes (i.e. -DefaultSessionTimeout 10 = 10 minutes)

This will override the internal value of 20 minutes that the WCS keeps a session alive.
