To program KXTD1232 via HyperTerminal

I try to program the KXTD1232 via HyperTerminal, after the password entered correctly, The "EIA Mode" screen shown.. I don't know what does it mean? and how to continue? is there a list of special command in this mode (EIA Mode) .. if so .. where can I get it?
I am very new with this ..and hopefully there is some one could help me to solve this .. any prompt reply would be greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance
