To print a report by selecting certain records.

Hi,
On a continous form I want to be able to use a checkbox to select certain records and then print them.
How do I use a checkbox to select records on this form and then print them out.

Hi PHV,
Thank you for that info. I have done as you said. Now what do I put on the query line to be able to just select that invoice to print.
I have a print button with the usual code to view the report, on the form.

I solved the print problem, but can you tell me that when the invoice report opens it automatically opens the printer dialog box.

The second parameter of the OpenReport method may be either acViewNormal or acViewPreview.
