Hi eveyone,

I'm very new to Oracle sql..this is my first attempt to work with Oracle.
There is a .dmp (dump file) in a server containing several tables, which in need to be transferred into a database. The database does not have a full set of required tables, this dump file will provide all the tables to complete the set.

My question is, how do i transfer the tables in dump file into the database and what is the syntax to perform this task. Pls help..

Thanks,
lane
