To mirrored drives in one server?

Is this feasable. Would performance be poor. I have been asked to come up with a plan for replacing the hard drives in our server. We only have one server on site (for file and print). My boss wants the OS system drive mirrored as well as another, data only, drive to be mirrored.

This shouldn't be a problem. You'll just need 2 seperate mirrored arrays.
 
Ok, but I am concerned about read/write performance. There are 80 users accessing ms office files, many large PowerPoint files as well as some marketing apps that are run off the server.
