There is no such thing as a G5 Intel.
There is such a thing as an incompatibility with Adobe apps created for PPC processors (such as a G5) but installed on Intel processors.
The only thing you can do is make sure that you are fully patched in Mac OS and in InDesign 4.0.4. Otherwise, you need to wait until Adobe releases CS3, which will work on your Intel system.
