To insert a blank frame

Hi guys !

I really really need your help!
I am working on a Flash Quiz template, and all I want to do is insert a blank frame on the timeline before the Quiz starts!
But as soon as I insert the Blank frame the Quiz stops working!
If theirs someone who can tell me how to solve this problem of inserting a blank frame on the timeline before a Quiz starts so the Quiz keeps working I would really appreciate it!!!!

Are you working with layers?

Or do you have any (stop) actions applied to frames?

If you have layers, your movie may 'end' before it gets to the quiz portion....

Are you inserting a frame or a keyframe?
