i have a peculiar problem
most of the user's think that the voice quality on the earphone is less, is there any method by which i could increase the the level of audible voice level

If you are using Plantronics headsets with a "Vista" amplifier then take off the maintenance panel located on the left hand side of the unit, here you will find two control a sliding POT and a normal POT. Try knocking the slider POT up (it goes from 1 to 6) and then adjusting the gain by twiddling (thats the techie term!!) the normal POT so that the level is comfortable. If your not using an amplifier then maybe think about getting some

another way, albeit a system wide one, is in definity do a 'change terminal parameters 64xx' or whatever type set your agents are using. at first this screen is read only, you have to change a customize field from 'n' to 'y'. This screen adjusts various dB levels for the phone.
