To find modem drivers for Vista 64 bit

I have new computer with Vista 64 bit, but is not recognizing a PCI modem I had in my old XP computer and I cannot find the modem driver for Vista 64 bit. If someone could tell me a good website to find modem drivers for Vista 64 bit

I appreciate your assistance

Go to the device manager, double click the modem (where the driver is missing), then navigate to the DETAIL tab...

there you will find the VEN & DEV numbers, post these please, and I will try to find the driver for you...
