Hello to all.

I need that marking 2XXXX it leaves 2XXXX00, is possible?

Thanks

Raulbal,

What do you mean to say with this?

Number translation?

Or do you want to upgrade the amount $$$ of your bank account?

raulbal, please give more concrete info concering your problem. what is the call case? what clip are you talking about (COLP, CLIP,...)?

What I want is that it can call to a department with 1010 and also to a person of the department with 101011 (11 is the person of the department)

I have thought to add two zeros whenever it calls to the 1010 and single to accept 6 digits: if I call to the 1010 he would be 101000 and if I call to the 101011 he would be 10101100 but I only admit 101011.

It is possible? Is happened to you another thing?

the example you have listed could work, but it's not a very tidy way of doing things. If you add 2 zeros to the end of each number then you will not be able to access the ten and units of the extension number series, i.e. all of the number you call would have to end in "00" - you wouldn't be able to reach "xx01" through to "xx99" etc

We can help you with this, but please advise of the following:

The department you are trying to reach, is this an external destination?
If external, what route number will you be using?
What is the extension number of the department, both from where you are now and locally.
What are the extension numbers that exist within the department?

Why do you want to add "00" to the end of each number?

The number 1010 and 1010XX are of remote telephones IP, but when the network VoIP falls, the MD-110 must take these numbers and send them by a PRI-RDSI.

The MD-110 must take all the calls that begin per 1010 enter to him by the route of VoIP and send them by the PRI-RDSI route.

The problem is that if send by PRI-RDSI 1010XX does not understand it, I must eliminate the XX

Can you do a current print of how your 1010 get to the phones? i.e. Does it use LCR and the Destination?

Here is an example of something similar we used to use, the first choice was over a private circuit, if this went down the lines would take the next choice. (the numbers shown are fictitious)

Code:
RODDP:DEST=75290;
EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA

DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE

75290 3 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 752902900
          1 1 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 7529001444122900
          20 2 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 7529001444122900
          3 2 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 752902900
          1 1 2 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 7529001444122900
          20 2 2 0005000000000250000000000 5 6 0 7529001444122900

Something along the lines of the above should suit, in my example users would dial 2900 and this be an ABB DIAL with a translation to 75290

Notice that the routes differ, also shown is another customer group.

Code:
RODDP:DEST=1010;
EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA

DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE

1010 X 0005000000000250000000000 4 5 0 1010aa
          Y 1 0005000000000250000000000 4 5 0 1010PSTN+DDIRANGEaa

the first line show how i guess you are set up at the moment (more or less - Ignore the ADC), the second line will will truncate all of your 1010 and replace it with a route through the PSTN to the DDI range of the IP phones.
aa shown in each case will be the extension.
